Fully equipped kitchen including fully stocked water chiller, shower and cloakroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, 1 x king size bed and either 4 x singles or 2 x queens, a family bathroom and 2 cot beds available. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors leading out onto first floor balcony with a small table and chairs where you can enjoy the sea view. Our large private swimming pool (10m x 5m) is accessed via the lounge and the large terrace, which surrounds the pool, complete with patio furniture, sun loungers, large pergola and BBQ Area. The terrace has a private entrance to a shady orchard where you will find many different fruit trees & seating areas. The property is located in Ayia Thekla, approximately 6km from the busy resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach is 4km away. The quieter resort of Protaras and the pretty Cypriot town of Paralimni both within 10km. Within a two minute drive is the largest Water Park in Europe. The secluded Agia Thekla beach and well stocked supermarket is within easy walking distance. Larnaca Airport is a 30 - 40 minutes drive away.
